Our Origin Story
In 2011 Hailey stumbled upon a group of happy looking people on a blanket in Downtown St. Pete, sitting around a bowl.
Being the person Hailey is, she asked what they were up to. Little did she know she was about to try a drink that would change her life.
Several months after that, she found herself working for the only kava bar in St. Pete at the time, and fell in love with the community. Then she fell in love with one of the patrons.
Travis and Hailey ended up moving across the country for several months, and it became a dream of theirs to open a kava bar.
Now, over a decade later, they finally realized this calling isn’t going away. Neither is the love this business is rooted in.
